Introduction
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions is a binding agreement (hereinafter referred to the “Agreement”) which include Terms of Use and Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to the “Terms”) govern your use of Planetapl.tv (hereinafter referred to the “Website”), which is owned and operated by GP NEWSWORLD LTD, a company organized under the laws of the Cyprus, with registered address at Aristofanous 5, Kanika Pallas House, Flat 302, 3031 Limassol, Cyprus3031 Limassol Cyprus. As used in these Terms, ” Planetapl.tv service”, “our service” or “the service” means the personalized service provided by Planetapl.tv for discovering and watching Planetapl.tv content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.
- Acceptance of Agreement
By using this Website, you consent to the Agreement, whether or not you are registered as a member (hereinafter referred to the “Member”) on this Website. If you wish to become a Member and use the Planetapl.tv service, please read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance.

When using the Services, you will be subject to Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Data Protection, and you be subject to additional guidelines or rules that are posted on the Planetapl.tv Services or made available to you, or applicable to specific services and features that are disclosed to you in connection with such services. Planetapl.tv may also offer certain paid services, which are subject to the Planetapl.tv Terms of Sale as well as any additional terms or conditions that are disclosed to you in connection with such services. Planetapl.tv may amend any of the terms of these Terms by posting the terms. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
- License
The Services are owned and operated by Planetapl.tv. Unless otherwise indicated, all content, information, and other materials on the Planetapl.tv Services (excluding User Content, set out in Section 10 below), including, without limitation, Planetapl.tv. trademarks and logos, the visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, software, computer code (including source code or object code), services, text, pictures, information, data, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, hereinafter referred to the “Materials”) are protected by relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws. This license is subject to these Terms and does not permit you to engage in any of the following: (a) resale or commercial use of the Services or the Materials; (b) distribution, public performance or public display of any Materials; (c) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Services or the Materials, or any portion of them; (d) use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (e) downloading (except page caching) of any portion of the Services, the Materials, or any information contained in them, except as expressly permitted on the Services; or (f) any use of the Services or the Materials except for their intended purposes.
Any use of the Services or the Materials except as specifically authorized in these Terms, without the prior written permission of Planetapl.tv, is strictly prohibited and may violate intellectual property rights or other laws. Unless explicitly stated in these Terms, nothing in them shall be interpreted as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or other legal principles.
Planetapl.tv can terminate this license at any time, without notice, including where we reasonably consider that: (a) your use of the Services violates these Terms or applicable law; (b) you fraudulently use or misuse the Services; or (c) we are unable to continue providing the Services to you due to technical or legitimate business reasons.
- Content Posted by Users
Planetapl.tv is not liable for content provided by others, including users on this Website. We have no obligation to review or monitor content posted in the public areas of the Website by others. However, Planetapl.tv reserves the right to review, change or delete such content without notice and for any reason. You may not post content to the public areas of the Website that violates this Agreement. Planetapl.tv does not claim ownership of any content that you may post. However, by submitting content to the public areas of the Website, you grant Planetapl.tv the right to use, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, translate and promote this content, and to create derivative works from, or incorporate into other works, such content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the same.
Planetapl.tv allows users to distribute streaming live and pre-recorded audio-visual works, to use services, such as chat, bulletin boards, forum postings, wiki contributions, voice interactive services, and to participate in other activities in which you may create, post, transmit, perform, or store content, messages, text, sound, images, applications, code or other data or materials on the Services.
License to Planetapl.tv
(i) Unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement between you and Planetapl.tv that was signed by an authorized representative of Planetapl.tv, if you submit, transmit, display, perform, post or store User Content using the Planetapl.tv Services, you grant Planetapl.tv and its sublicensees, to the furthest extent and for the maximum duration permitted by applicable law (including in perpetuity if permitted under applicable law), an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, fully sub-licenseable, nonexclusive, and royalty-free right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Content (including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Planetapl.tv Services (and derivative works thereof)) in any form, format, media or media channels now known or later developed or discovered; and (b) use the name, identity, likeness and voice (or other biographical information) that you submit in connection with such User Content. Should such User Content contain the name, identity, likeness and voice (or other biographical information) of third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the appropriate consents and/or licenses for your use of such features and that Planetapl.tv and its sub-licensees are allowed to use them to the extent indicated in these Terms.
(ii) With respect to streaming live and pre-recorded audio-visual works, the rights granted by you hereunder terminate once you delete such User Content from the Planetapl.tv Services, or generally by closing your account, except (a) to the extent you shared it with others as part of the Planetapl.tv Services and others copied or stored portions of the User Content (e.g., made a Clip); (b) Planetapl.tv used it for promotional purposes; and (c) for the reasonable time it takes to remove from backup and other systems.
User Content Representations and Warranties
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent, and warrant that:
(1) you are the creator and owner of the User Content or otherwise have sufficient rights and authority to grant the rights granted herein;
(2) your User Content does not and will not (a) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right or (b) defame any other person;
(3) your User Content does not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other harmful or malicious code; and
(4) unless you have received prior written authorization, your User Content specifically does not contain any pre-release or non-public beta software or game content or any confidential information of Planetapl.tv or third parties. Planetapl.tv reserves all rights and remedies against any users who breach these representations and warranties.
Content is Uploaded at Your Own Risk
Planetapl.tv uses reasonable security measures in order to attempt to protect User Content against unauthorized copying and distribution. However, Planetapl.tv does not guarantee that any unauthorized copying, use or distribution of User Content by third parties will not take place. To the furthest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby agree that Planetapl.tv shall not be liable for any unauthorized copying, use or distribution of User Content by third parties and release and forever waive any claims you may have against Planetapl.tv for any such unauthorized copying or usage of the User Content, under any theory. THE SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT USER CONTENT USED BY Planetapl.tv HEREIN ARE PROVIDED AND USED “AS-IS” AND WITH NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, CONDITIONS, ASSURANCES OR OTHER TERMS THAT SUCH SECURITY MEASURES WILL WITHSTAND ATTEMPTS TO EVADE SECURITY MECHANISMS OR THAT THERE WILL BE NO CRACKS, DISABLEMENTS OR OTHER CIRCUMVENTION OF SUCH SECURITY MEASURES.
- Streaming Guidelines
User Content
Planetapl.tv allows users to distribute streaming live and pre-recorded audio-visual works, to use services, such as chat, bulletin boards, forum postings, wiki contributions, voice interactive services, and to participate in other activities in which you may create, post, transmit, perform, or store content, messages, text, sound, images, applications, code or other data or materials on the Planetapl.tv Services (hereinafter referred to the “User Content”).
License to Planetapl.tv

Prohibited Conduct
YOU AGREE NOT TO violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right or commit a tort, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct while on the Planetapl.tv Services.
Planetapl.tv takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom, nor is Planetapl.tv liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter when using the Planetapl.tv Services. - Charges and Billing
Planetapl.tv bills you through an online account (hereinafter referred to “Billing Account”) for use of the Service. You agree to pay Planetapl.tv all charges, including but not limited to a non-refundable administrative fee at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account and your authorize Planetapl.tv to charge, and you agree to pay, using your chosen payment method for your use of the Service. Accepted payment methods include Visa/MasterCard (hereinafter referred to “Payment Method”).
You represent that you are authorized to use your Payment Method. Planetapl.tv reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. You must provide current, complete and accurate information for your billing account. You must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number or expiration date), if you became aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your username or password. Changes to this information can be emailed to us. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method.
- Equipment and Internet Access
You are responsible for providing all equipment and Internet connections that you will need to access the Service. Internet connectivity is not included in the subscription fees you pay Planetapl.tv to use the Service. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions related to Internet connectivity or user equipment.
- Technical Support and Interruption of Service
Although you are using the Service and any associated software at your own risk, we will offer technical support on a commercially reasonable basis through this Website only. You may request support by submitting a request through our Support page.
Planetapl.tv schedules periodic downtime of this Web site for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned service interruptions may also occur. In the event of such interruptions, Planetapl.tv will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore the Service. However, Planetapl.tv is not liable for service interruptions unless the interruption: a) is for reasons within Planetapl.tv reasonable control; b) continues for a period of twenty-four (24) hours or more. In the event such an interruption occurs, Planetapl.tv will offer you a prorated credit for the period of interruption if you make a written request within 30 days of the interruption. - Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, upon notice to Planetapl.tv by means of the account termination procedures.
Planetapl.tv may suspend or terminate your Membership at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination of your Membership, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. If Planetapl.tv terminates your Membership because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. All terms of this Agreement that by their nature may survive termination of this Agreement shall be deemed to survive such termination.

All content on this Web site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Planetapl.tv and is protected by copyright and various other intellectual property laws.
